2. Patient Eligibility:

   • Home Health Care: Generally provided to individuals who are recovering from an illness, surgery, or managing a chronic condition. Patients may not necessarily have a terminal prognosis.

   • Hospice Care: Offered to individuals with a life-limiting illness, often with a prognosis of six months or less to live.

3. Services Provided:

   • Home Health Care: Includes skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).

   • Hospice Care: Focuses on palliative care to manage symptoms, emotional and spiritual support, counseling, and coordination of services. It does not aim to cure the underlying illness.
